[Remote] Post Acquisition Integration Consultant

The role involves partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure operational continuity and deliver synergy targets across multiple functions.ResponsibilitiesTranslate integration objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and governance structuresEstablish and manage Integration Management Office (IMO) cadence, reporting, and decision-making frameworksIdentify, quantify, and track synergy opportunities across cost, revenue, and operational efficienciesPartner with finance and business leaders to ensure measurable realization of targetsAssess combined real estate portfolio and recommend consolidation, optimization, and cost-saving initiativesCoordinate with facilities, operations, and finance teams on executionAlign organizational structures, roles, and talent strategies across entitiesSupport workforce planning, retention strategies, and change management initiativesCollaborate with IT leadership to align systems, platforms, and data strategiesPrioritize integration sequencing and risk mitigation across core systems and infrastructureCoordinate across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Real Estate to ensure integrated executionAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and functional leadersDrive adoption of new processes and operating modelsSupport development of internal communication strategies with sensitivity to confidentialitySkills10–15+ years of experience in post-merger integration, management consulting, or enterprise transformationProven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations in large organizationsExperience with synergy tracking, IMO leadership, and executive reportingDeep familiarity with at least two of the following: Real estate / facilities optimization, Human capital integration, Enterprise technology integrationStrong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite levelHighly structured, data-driven, and outcomes-orientedAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and confidential environmentsTop-tier consulting experience (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or equivalent strategy firms)Experience supporting integrations within global or multi-entity organizationsBackground in security services, facilities management, or adjacent industries is a plusCompany OverviewConfidential Jobs is operated by ExecThread, Inc.
