Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with over 6 years of expertise to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in WordPress development, with strong skills in plugin customization, theme development, and website optimization. This is a remote role, requiring availability for 28 to 40 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on WordPress websites.
Collaborate with the team to implement and refine website features.
Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

Expert proficiency in WordPress development (themes, plugins, customizations).
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with MySQL databases.
Experience with WordPress REST API, hooks, and filters.
Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
