A day in the life of a TLC at Kami...
 Interact with educators and administrators via phone and online
 Demonstrate the use of the product
 Research prospects and existing customers, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, grow usage, and develop accounts
 Qualify prospects and facilitate an introduction to their regional Account Executive.
 Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections
 Become a trusted resource for educators and administrators
 Provide feedback to leadership to ensure constant process improvement
 Consistently achieve agreed goals
You have...
 Experience in Education technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator
 Experience working in a high-energy environment
 A passion for educating, helping, and inspiring people
 A consultative approach and ability to influence and to direct a conversation
 The skills to clearly articulate product values and benefits
 A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospectÂs current environment
 College degree
 The drive to be a self-starter
 A track record of success and being a valued team player
 Experience in the Southern California Curriculum would be advantageous
