In this role, you will handle essential tasks such as issuing rental skates, processing registrations, and managing billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
 Extend a warm greeting to each customer, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
 Accurately record sales transactions, manage registrations, and efficiently handle payments.
 Perform routine administrative duties, including answering phone calls, filing, and updating program boards.
 Uphold a tidy and inviting environment for both guests and team members.
 Enroll customers in various programs, including hockey leagues.
 Offer detailed information regarding facility options, entertainment, sports, and relevant rules and regulations.
 Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of all in-house programs.
 Ensure all participants in public programs complete the necessary online waivers.
 Assist with the setup and takedown of on-ice partition boards, nets, and other essential equipment as required.
Required Skills
 Strong customer service aptitude with a genuine desire to assist others.
 Dependable team player who maintains a positive demeanor.
 Competence in reading and interpreting written instructions.
 First aid certification is advantageous.
 Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
 A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
