You'll collaborate with a talented team of analysts, engineers, managers, and product managers to leverage data and optimize our advertising efforts. Key Responsibilities: Manage sponsored content scheduling and ensure consistent user engagement across our products, considering campaign goals, user bids, and guarantees. Design and recommend optimal audiences for ad campaigns through pricing calculations, user behavior analysis, and market simulations. Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure a single source of truth for reporting and reliable user activity tracking. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst (considering related school experience & internships) Familiarity with advertising technology ( a plus but not required). A proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis that informs critical business decisions. Expertise in various analytics techniques, probability distributions, and statistical modeling. Visualization mastery and strong communication skills. Top-notch SQL skills for crafting complex queries. Proficiency in Python data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy) with a basic grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.
