This Position is Work form Home - Remote Position for All USA location only.
Compliance Group tackles this challenge by assigning experienced resources, using innovative technologies, providing common-sense solutions and by leveraging our relationships with key regulators. To meet our growing demand, we are seeking entrepreneurial-minded sales individuals who can contribute to our rapid growth over the past year who can help us continue our growth.
Essential Duties
 Prospects for new opportunities through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
 Screens prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
 Learns clientÂs business to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of Compliance Groups Staffing services.
 Manages accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve goals.
 Maintains and updates CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
 Focuses on results and self-evaluates performance to improve sales results.
 Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the client organization.
 Is a team player who can work in a team environment
 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
 Proven ability to position services against competitors.
 Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Minimum Requirements
 BachelorÂs Degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Experience
 B2B or B2C sales experience part or full time
 Telemarketing experience
 Engaged in proven success selling services
 A history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
 Possesses a stellar work ethic and unparalleled sense of commitment
 Actively involved in their university
 BachelorÂs Degree or equivalent work experience
 Feels comfortable working in a remote environment
