Hours: Rotating Schedule Mon - Fri 9:30 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 8am-5:00pm (day off during week when working Saturday)
Pay: $18

 Meditation Room
 Yoga room

Responsibilities: This entry level position receives inbound calls from customers that wish to schedule an appointment at one of their automotive dealerships, following an established process, some of which includes: listening to primary concerns, reviewing prior work performed history, recommending services and scheduling appointments. Adherence to that set process is required and established scripts followed.
Qualifications:
 Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
 Candidates must be proficient using the Internet, Outlook/E-mail and have excellent typing skills.
 This position requires simultaneous listening, typing and talking while navigating through multiple systems during each customer call.
 Must have reliable transportation
