Job Description
As an In-Flight Safety Crew member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers during flights. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct safety demonstrations, monitor passenger compliance with safety procedures, and respond to any in-flight emergencies. You will work closely with flight attendants and pilots to maintain a secure and pleasant environment for all passengers.
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is functional.
ΓΒ Provide safety demonstrations and communicate safety protocols to passengers.
ΓΒ Monitor passenger behavior to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
ΓΒ Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, ensuring a smooth process.
ΓΒ Respond quickly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.
ΓΒ Collaborate with flight crew to address any in-flight issues or concerns.
Requirements
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in safety or emergency response preferred.
ΓΒ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ΓΒ Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
ΓΒ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
ΓΒ Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
ΓΒ High School Diploma or GED required.
ΓΒ Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
Experience
ΓΒ Previous experience in customer service or safety roles is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
