Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Employee Relations: Support the team in addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Organizational Development: Assist in analyzing and improving organizational structures and processes for increased efficiency.
Recruitment Support: Provide support in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Compliance Support: Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and company policies.
Training & Development: Help coordinate and support training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance metrics and supporting appraisal processes.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Reporting: Prepare HR reports and support in creating presentations for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic HR software.
