Who We Are Looking For You should meet at least two of the following five criteria: • 8+ years of professional experience in your industry, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven record of sector impact and deep insights. • At least 2 years of professional consulting experience within your field. • Experience serving 10+ unique clients of varying sizes and industries. • Successful delivery of 15+ consulting projects, either independently or as a lead consultant. • Authorship or co-authorship of 5+ industry-relevant articles, whitepapers, or case studies published in credible journals or industry platforms. You will serve as adviser on employment law, HR compliance, workforce localization, and labor relations. Responsibilities • Guide clients on local employment contracts, labor practices, and dispute resolution. • Advise on statutory benefits and social security. • Review HR compliance documentation. • Share practical insight on workforce management and cultural integration. • Address real-time issues (restructuring, mass hiring, workforce legality). Requirements • Over 8 years of experience in HR, labor law, or industrial relations. • Strong understanding of employment acts and compliance. • Experience managing a cross-border labor force. • Exceptional communication and analytical skills. • Fluency in English and the local language. • Prior experience as an independent advisor is preferred.
