Requirements
â ¢ Respond to customerâ s queries about general product and order questions Back office tasks (editing orders, updating inventory, creating store credit, etc.)
â ¢ Provide support via phone, chat, email, and SMS
â ¢ At least a year in managing websites through WordPress
â ¢ Zendesk, Asana, Loom (for mini video tutorials), and WordPress
â ¢ Be friendly, kind, and patient Pleasant demeanor

Must-Have
â ¢ WordPress experience
Equipment
â ¢ 8GB RAM and Core i5 above or equivalent processor (required)
â ¢ Stable internet connection - 15 +mbps
â ¢ Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power â with backups in case of outages
