Requirements
⢠Respond to customerâs queries about general product and order questions Back office tasks (editing orders, updating inventory, creating store credit, etc.)
⢠Provide support via phone, chat, email, and SMS
⢠At least a year in managing websites through WordPress
⢠Zendesk, Asana, Loom (for mini video tutorials), and WordPress
⢠Be friendly, kind, and patient Pleasant demeanor
