As a Disney Store Cast Member, you will be responsible for creating magical experiences for guests visiting the Disney Store. You will assist in providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and promoting Disney products. This role requires a passion for Disney, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Enthusiasm for Disney and its characters
6. Ability to work well in a team setting
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
3. Promote and sell Disney products to guests
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Assist with store inventory and restocking merchandise
6. Provide information on Disney events and promotions
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for guests
