Minimum Requirements/Additional Info:
ΓΒ High School Diploma or GED
ΓΒ One year of customer service experience is preferred
ΓΒ We need you to have your own PC and high-speed Internet service, both of which will be tested as part of the application process.
ΓΒ A Desktop PC is preferred and itΓΒs recommended that you have Windows 8.1 (or higher) and OSX 10.13+ (or later).
ΓΒ A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home at work.
ΓΒ A telephone, landline or cell is required based on the position offered.
ΓΒ A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously. Also, a typing test will be a part of the application process.
