Duties
 Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of hotel rooms, residential properties, and commercial spaces.
 Manage housekeeping operations effectively, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
 Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
 Provide custodial services that include waste management and restroom sanitation.
 Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
 Assist in cooking or food preparation as needed in hospitality settings.
 Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications
 Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as vacation rental cleaning or residential cleaning.
 Strong understanding of sanitization processes and best practices.
 Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
 Familiarity with turnover tasks for Airbnb rentals.
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
 Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and environments.
