[Remote-Position] Caregiver Day & Overnight/NOC

We are looking for 2 Caregivers to provide care for 2 different clients. Please see below for a description of each client, the schedule, and the care needed.

Client 1: You will make a difference in the life of a wonderful 91-year-old elderly woman. She has dementia and needs a constant companion because she is active. Driving is required on the job so you will need your own vehicle and a valid driver license. Bathroom assist and brief changes are needed.

Location: Salinas, CA
• Schedule: Sun/Mon/Tues
• Times: 7a - 7p
• Pay: $22/hr

Client 2: (NOC Shift): In this role, you will make a difference in the life of a friendly elderly man. He is mostly in bed with frequent brief changes necessary during the night due to his IBS. You will need experience with a Hoyer lift. No driving is necessary for this position. Experience with hospice and Alzheimer's required.

Location: Pebble Beach, CA
• Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs (28 hours/week)
• Times: 11p - 6a
• Pay: $21 - $24 based on experience

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA/HHA, or similar role
• Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
• Dementia experience
• Bathroom assist and brief changes
• Meal preparation
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Utilize caregiving skills to support patients with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Implement first aid techniques when necessary and maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
• Demonstrate patience and empathy in caring for individuals with dementia and other health conditions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of care and support for all patients.

Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate care to clients, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring any changes in condition are communicated promptly.
• Utilize equipment like Hoyer lifts safely for patient mobility.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care, fostering a comforting atmosphere.
• Drive clients to appointments and engage in meaningful social interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 36 per week
