[Remote] Portfolio & Trading Analyst

The Portfolio & Trading Analyst plays a critical role in supporting daily trading operations and portfolio management activities by ensuring accurate trade execution and maintaining portfolio integrity.ResponsibilitiesExecutes trades for new accounts, rebalances, cash movements, and investment changesEnsures accuracy and timeliness for all trade activitiesMonitors and processes trade instructions from Portfolio Managers and strategistsPerforms account, cash, and position reconciliationsReviews daily reports and resolves discrepanciesAssists with daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reporting activitiesMaintains and updates portfolio and account dataAnalyzes portfolio and client performanceValidates financial and market data used in reportingSupports rebalancing, asset allocation, and portfolio reviewsPartners with internal teams to ensure seamless operationsCommunicates trade and portfolio updates to stakeholdersContributes to process improvements and operational efficienciesSkills2+ years of trading operations, portfolio analytics, or related experienceStrong understanding of securities and financial marketsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience within RIA, broker/dealer, or investment advisory environmentsExperience with portfolio management, trading, and related technology platforms (Morningstar, Salesforce, Orion)Bachelors degree preferredEquivalent industry experience will be consideredCompany OverviewFounded in 1984, The Pacific Financial Group, Inc.
