They are looking for two full-time, remote Policy Research and Consulting Associates to join their team, focusing on research, policy consulting, and content development.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing an overall communications strategy for the platform for the year to come across all pillars that we work inAssist in working with external clients on policy consulting mandates, briefs and research piecesExecution of the content plan for The PolicyGram posts (our flagship carousel explainers), Policy Post (our weekly newsletter), Policy Panchayat (our video podcast series simplifying policy and careers), etcResearch on core policy issues that can then be explained and engaged with across platformsSupport some of the strategy and outreach work that PPI does with a range of partners across the eco-systemSkillsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatoryMinimum 1-2 years working experience (multiple internships combined will count as valid work experience) in a similar or related field (think tanks, research organisations, NGOs, academics, media or comms for an organisation in any of these fields etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skills + soft skillsA genuine passion for the policy space, policy issues and their impactDesign skills – an inherent understanding of colours, spacing, typography and visual communicationCompany OverviewLegal Ed-tech platform It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Remote Organisation , IN, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
