[Remote] PMO Support Consultant – People & Culture Transformation
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PeopleCaddie is seeking a proactive, highly organized PMO Support Consultant to join their People & Culture team. This role will play a critical part in supporting large-scale People & Culture integration initiatives across an evolving, multi-jurisdictional platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers for People & Culture initiativesProduce and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, RAID logs, and status reportsTrack deliverables, follow up on actions, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreamsSupport requirements gathering and process mapping activities with business and HR stakeholdersPerform data analysis and prepare dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making and progress monitoringCoordinate and support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and integration sessionsEnsure adherence to program governance frameworks, reporting standards, and PMO best practicesCollaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, adapting to diverse cultural contextsProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and supporting contingency planningEngage stakeholders at all levels to align expectations, address concerns, and drive collaborationSkillsProven experience supporting PMO or project delivery functions, ideally within: People & Culture / HR, Organizational transformation, Technology-enabled or enterprise programsStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skills with high attention to detailExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentProficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience preferredExperience with process mapping and documentation toolsWorking knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar frameworks a plus)Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery environmentsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to travel occasionally, if requiredPower BI experience preferredCompany OverviewThe talent cloud for the highly-skilled gig economy.
