They are seeking a PMIS Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of project management information systems for federal sector clients, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the system.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of PMIS solutions for clients, following best practices and project management standardsEngage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and define project scopeConfigure PMIS platforms to align with client processes and requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systemsAdminister and maintain the eBuilder environment, including project setup, user provisioning, role/permissions management, and system configuration changesDesign, configure, and maintain templates, dashboards, reports, mail merges, document workflows, and other artifacts within eBuilderLiaise with project teams (Task Leads, Document Control, Procurement, etc.) to gather requirements, translate into system configurations, and prioritize enhancementsProvide system support and troubleshooting for usersDevelop training materials and deliver training sessions, refreshers, and onboarding for new usersReview and interpret product release notes and enhancements; assess impact on existing configurations; implement updates or changes as neededManage report and folder subscriptions, user dashboards, and automated notificationsDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure successful user adoptionProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation, addressing any system issues or user inquiriesMonitor project progress, assess risks, and report on implementation milestones to stakeholders and managementStay updated on industry trends, advancements in PMIS technology, and best practices to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project controls, and client management, to ensure successful integration and use of PMIS toolsContribute to the continuous improvement of Procon's PMIS services and offeringsSkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management information systems (PMIS) implementation, preferably with tools like eBuilder, Unifier, Kahua, or similarStrong understanding of project management methodologies and practicesTechnical proficiency in configuring and customizing PMIS solutions to meet client needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues during the implementation processExperience conducting training sessions and supporting user adoption of new systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive salariesA comprehensive benefits package, including full medical/dental insurance and 401(K) planCompany OverviewProcon Consulting focus on providing collaborative solutions in program and project management.
