We are seeking an experienced Remote Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher who understands home service operations and can confidently manage scheduling, technician coordination, and customer communication using dispatch software such as ServiceTitan.
This role is ideal for dispatchers with experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or home services companies.
Position Summary
The Remote Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for answering inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently throughout the day.
You will play a key role in keeping technicians productive, reducing downtime, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls and collect accurate service details
• Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments using ServiceTitan
• Dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, location, and job priority
• Manage same-day and emergency plumbing service requests
• Monitor technician routes, job status, and arrival times
• Communicate schedule changes and updates with technicians in real time
• Maintain accurate job notes, customer records, and appointment logs
• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer service
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher
• ServiceTitan experience
• Background in home services, plumbing, or HVAC
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and scheduling systems
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
