The role involves configuring supply chain processes, resolving complex issues related to various modules of Plex ERP, and maintaining MRP parameters.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Supply Chain Processes and standardsProvide Supply Chain support via the internal Plex ticket system, resolving complex issues across: Inventory, Production, Procurement, Job Management, Parts, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Accounting, and WorkflowsSupport demand planning, supply planning, MRP, and Procure-to-Pay business process cycles within PlexMaintain MRP parameters — safety stock, lead times, lot sizes, MRP types, reorder points — with documented, periodic review cadencesPartner with the business leaders to align ERP configuration with global supply chain standardsServe as the region representative in Tenneco's supply chain data governance initiativesSkills5+ years of hands-on Supply Chain Plex ERP experience in a manufacturing environmentDeep familiarity with Plex modules: Inventory, Production, Procurement, MRP, Job ManagementDeep proficiency in Plex ERP — security model, module configuration, workflow design, and SQL/VisionPlex reportingTrack record of improving ERP data quality through systematic audit programs, governance processes, and root cause eliminationUnderstanding of how plant-level ERP data feeds enterprise analytics platformsTravel requirements 30-65% of the timeMulti-site or regional administration experienceMulti-site administration experienceCompany OverviewAt HireOn Tech, we believe that the right talent fuels the future.
