The Platform Solutions Consultant will assist stakeholders in leveraging the technical capabilities of the Rippling Platform, focusing on revenue generation and customer value through technical demonstrations and presentations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of RipplingPartner with other Solutions Consultant as an overlay expert on Rippling’s most advanced platform capabilitiesUnderstand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s PlatformManage and assist in technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectivesCreate, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling PlatformProvide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teamsBecome a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscapeWork with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organizationSkills4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in a modular platform, doing hands on building for POCs and demonstrations and working with APIs using Postman or similarUndergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent work experienceExceptional communication, presentation and organizational skillsSelf-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to buildWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the timeBenefitsCompetitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity75/25 commission split for base/variable pay for US-based employeesEquityCompany OverviewRippling is a workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, and finance operations into a single system.
