[Remote] Planon Administrator

This role focuses on ensuring the system's stability and performance while supporting various project and space management operations.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the Planon IWMS platform, including modules for Project Management & Space & Workplace ManagementConfigure workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirementsManage user roles, permissions, and security settingsPerform any configuration changes in coordination with client and vendorsCMMS specialists must be able to communicate with many different types of workers, managers, and procurement staff to schedule workers, order the correct parts, and work within budgets to carry out a maintenance or repair work planServe as the primary point of contact for Planon-related issues and requests for client and itās real estate service providersProvide tier 2/3 support and troubleshoot system errors, integrations, and performance issuesMonitor system health, data integrity, and scheduled jobsCoordinate with Planon support and implementation partners as neededManage master data (locations, space, projects)Support integrations between Planon and other enterprise systems (ERP, HR, Procurement, Business Intelligence, FM, etc.)Perform data imports, exports, and validationsGather requirements from Project Management and Workplace teamsTranslate business needs into system enhancements and configurationsDocument system configurations, processes, and standard operating proceduresDevelop and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and UAT plans for Planon enhancements and releasesCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholdersValidate configurations and data against documented requirementsSupport post-implementation stabilizationTrain end users, super users, and administratorsPromote best practices for system usage and partner with client on data governance strategiesSupport audit, compliance, and reporting requirementsAssist with training materials and end-user documentationFacilitate workshops, demos, and requirement review sessionsSupport change management efforts, including user communications and adoption strategiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)2ā5+ years of experience administering or supporting Planon IWMS or other competing corporate real estate solutionsStrong understanding of facilities management and/or real estate business processesExperience with system configuration, workflows, and reportingAbility to troubleshoot complex system and data issuesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPlanon certification(s)Experience with SQL, APIs, or integration platformsExperience supporting large, multi-site organizationsFamiliarity with ITIL or service management processesBenefitsHealth, vision, and dental insuranceFlexible spending accountsHealth savings accountsRetirement savings plansLife, and disability insurance programsPaid and unpaid time away from workCompetitive pay, which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreementsCompany OverviewCushman & Wakefield is a real estate services firm that offers retail investment, energy management, and property services.
