Key Responsibilities
Engage in comprehensive recruiting activities, concentrating on sourcing and attracting passive candidates through diverse platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.com.
Oversee the complete recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
Manage multiple requisitions concurrently for various healthcare roles.
Employ the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to optimize and enhance the recruitment workflow.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous influx of qualified candidates.
Leverage your expertise in corporate recruitment and talent acquisition to secure top-tier talent within the healthcare sector.
Required Skills
Proficient in full-cycle talent acquisition and sourcing techniques.
Experience in corporate recruiting, specifically in the medical domain.
Familiarity with recruitment software, particularly iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong capability to uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on fostering strong relationships with candidates.
Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role within the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance sectors.
Legal authorization to work in the country without the necessity for employment visa sponsorship.
Availability to work hours that support facilities in the EST and CST time zones.
Must be prepared to interview and commence work within one week after successfully completing background and drug screening.
