Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. Ascent Healthcare was founded over 10 years ago and our practice is now staffed with approximately 20 Medical Providers in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We now have an exciting career opportunity available for a SNF Physician in Portland. In this capacity, you will be acting as the Medical Director, handling new admissions and supervising 2-3 PA’s or NP’s attending to skilled nursing facility patients. If you have several years of experience and are interested in post hospitalization care, Ascent Healthcare could be for you!
