Remote Physical Therapy - MN

Providing physical therapy services through telehealth and in-school settings, this contract opportunity supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade across six districts near Grand Rapids, MN. This role involves delivering comprehensive care focused on improving mobility, function, and participation in school activities.

Responsibilities include:
• Conducting physical therapy assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for students
• Delivering therapy services via telehealth and onsite within school environments
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Adapting therapy interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple districts
Desired qualifications and experience:
• Valid physical therapy licensure in the state
• Experience providing pediatric physical therapy, preferably in school settings
• Proficiency in delivering telehealth services effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with school staff and families
• Ability to manage caseloads across several districts with organizational skills

This full-time position offers flexibility, with part-time arrangements considered based on candidate availability. The contract begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the current school year, concluding near the first week of June.
