What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Outbound Sales Closer, you’ll connect with warm leads via phone and text, guide potential clients through their options, and confidently close them into our wellness and aesthetics services. This role is about purpose-driven sales—helping people make bold, life-improving decisions.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads using proven scripts
• Close new leads into booked appointments
• Educate prospects about our services and treatment options
• Track all lead notes and updates in our CRM
• Respond quickly to new leads ("Speed to Lead")
• Join 1–2 team calls per week for training and alignment
Ideal Candidate
• 1–3 years of phone sales or appointment-setting experience
• High-performing and self-motivated
• Proven success in commission-based or transactional sales
• Tech-savvy and CRM-literate
• Strong communicator who thrives on voice-to-voice connection
• Coachable, driven, and ready to level up
• Quiet, professional home office setup with reliable internet
Compensation
• Base pay + Commission: $30 per closed and scheduled lead
• Average earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month
• Top performers earn more – uncapped commission
Schedule
• Flexible part-time (On average 2–4 hours/day) OR more
• Set “active hours” to be available for lead follow-up
• Weekly team Zoom calls for training and alignment
