[Remote] PhD Scientist - AI Concierge & Solutions

Supreme Optimization is a company focused on becoming the leading provider of AI-enabled marketing services for life science and pharma companies. They are seeking a PhD Scientist to serve as an embedded AI concierge, implementing and managing AI-powered workflows for client accounts in the life sciences sector. Responsibilities Serve as the embedded AI concierge on assigned client accounts, providing dedicated support (approximately 10 hours per month per account) to help teams leverage AI across their workflows Implement AI workflows and agent configurations for life science and pharmaceutical clients across a variety of engagement types Conduct research and content curation to build and maintain client-specific Knowledge Lakes aligned with business objectives Work closely with AI Solutions Architects who will provide strategic direction; translate their blueprints into live platform configurations Evaluate AI agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve output quality and workflow efficiency Translate complex scientific content into structured, AI-ready knowledge assets aligned with client needs and user intent Partner closely with Engineers, content, and account teams to ensure alignment across client deliverables Present platform capabilities, workflow updates, and strategic recommendations directly to clients Curate, organize, and quality-check content within client Knowledge Lake environments — strategically determining what data and content is needed for each account Configure and test AI agents across platform suites (Growth, MLR, Creative, Strategy) Support Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) review workflows and compliance-ready content processes Develop detailed implementation briefs and onboarding documentation for client teams Support new client setup by preparing platform environments and training materials Monitor AI agent and platform performance using internal analytics tools Analyze usage data to assess impact and inform ongoing workflow optimization Develop clear reporting that translates platform performance into actionable recommendations Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and expand platform adoption Prepare data-driven reports and contribute to client-facing presentations Skills PhD in a life science field, such as Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cellular Biology, Neuroscience, Microbiology, or Immunology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working directly with clients and building professional relationships Curious, analytical thinker with a creative problem-solving mindset Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Dependable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Fluent English for client communication and scientific content development Highly organized and methodical Tactful and professional communicator Positive, proactive attitude Strong 'people skills.'
