Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A valid CPhT certification and National Certification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. Recent experience as a pharmacy technician, ensuring you're up-to-date with the latest practices and technologies. Residency in Arizona, as our initial training is conducted on-site in Arizona. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and customer service capabilities, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support. Proficiency with pharmacy management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to our specific software and technologies. The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks, maintaining composure under pressure. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience working in a remote or telephonic environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
