Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to effectively address and resolve issues.
Accurately enter and route grievances to the appropriate coordinators.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the pharmacy team.
Required Skills
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy settings.
Proficient computer skills, including typing, Outlook, and Excel.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new processes.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and patients.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required.
At least one year of pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program.
Familiarity with the third-party claims process is preferred.
