Key Responsibilities
Ā Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to facilitate necessary medication adjustments.
Ā Handle incoming calls from healthcare professionals concerning medication inquiries and follow-ups.
Ā Ensure precise and efficient documentation of all communication and procedural processes.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ā Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ā Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
Ā A valid Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri is mandatory.
Ā At least 1 year of experience in a Pharmacy Technician role is required.
Ā A high school diploma or GED is essential.
Ā It is preferred to have a National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB).
Ā Experience in Managed Care settings and familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid plans is advantageous.
Ā An associate degree or higher is considered a plus.
