Key Responsibilities:
Process prescription requests, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery to patients
Utilize computer systems to input, retrieve, and assess prescription information, as well as medical and reimbursement data
Collaborate with the team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, handling inbound and outbound calls with patients and providers
Verify patient data, submit prescription orders, and coordinate with the team to resolve complex issues
What You'll Need:
Active and unrestricted State NHA CpHT license or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license via EXCPT or PTCB
At least 1 year of pharmacy experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a pharmacy or patient-facing role
Call-center or telephonic work experience
