Job Title: Remote Pharmacy Technician
Location: Fully Remote (preferably located in South or North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Michigan, or Indiana)

We are seeking experienced and skilled Remote Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach
Enter member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system
Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues
Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to pharmacists for interpretation or provide direction on processing
Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls (limited phone work)
Requirements:
2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Prior Authorization experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Ability to work in a closed-door setting with limited distractions and maintain HIPAA compliance
Strong Wi-Fi connection and reliable computer equipment (equipment provided)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM (8-hour shift)
