Remote Pharmacy TechnicianPride Health is hiring for multiple Remote Pharmacy Technician openings to support our client's pharmacy fulfillment project
This is a Fully Remote opportunity, but the candidate should be based out of Oklahoma.Job Details:
Job Type: 6-month contract (project based) Pay range: $18 - $21 per hour (Based on experience, credentialing, and location). Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm - 4-week duration
It may be subject to change. Schedule: oShift after training is an 8-hour shift with an hour lunch
oWorkers must be available as early as 5 am and as late as midnight.o5 days a week which may or may not include weekend coverage.oOvertime and Holidays as needed.Job Duties: Primarily answering prior authorization inquiry calls/requests with customer service as well as researching and resolving formulary and benefits issues using the appropriate reference material. Process member prescriptions or prior authorizations through various... computer systems ensuring the accuracy of all data and updating as necessary Using established criteria and guidelines, the pharmacy technician receives, and processes prior authorization requests made by providers and members for medications not inherently covered on a member's prescription drug plan. Resolve issues and complaints promptly. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Handles inbound phone requests and gathers member data to provide information for Pharmacist consultations. Safety is paramount and employees need to have a safe and secure workspace and communicate with their leadership when that safety (equipment, system, information) is compromised.Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Licensure/Certification Requirement: Active National or State Board Pharmacy Technician Licensure through'Pharmacy Technicians Certification Board (PTCB)?State Board of Pharmacy Licensure in state of residence A private and secure space to work from home with a hard-wired ethernet cord is required.
