As a remote call center representative, you will play a vital role in providing payment assistance solutions and support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals via phone, email, fax, or other means of contact
Quickly assessing and resolving customer issues, including card activation, program eligibility, and submission rejection troubleshooting
Documenting customer interactions and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed
Recognizing operational challenges and suggesting recommendations to management
Working 40 hours per week under moderate supervision
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certification required
Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
Medical claim processing experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
