This is full-time / 40+ hours per week.If you are interested in this Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 orRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator CompensationThe pay for this position is $20.00 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator HighlightsThis position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needsTraining Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday – Friday (first 4–6 weeks, mandatory virtual attendance)Regular Schedule: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CSTRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator ResponsibilitiesCreate and complete accurate referrals/applications in the CRM platform while keeping up with policy/procedural changesResolve patient questions and concerns regarding their care journeyEnter detailed, accurate, and clear notes in proprietary software during phone conversationsMake outbound calls for patient follow-ups or confirmationsMaintain quality, empathetic support while controlling conversations and educating callersInteract with healthcare providers and referral sources to process new applicantsManage patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denialRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to type at least 40 WPMStrong experience with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom)Comfortable working on camera via video conferencing as neededMust provide a quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed, hardwired internet (see internet requirements below)Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysInternet RequirementsDownload speed: 15 MbpsUpload speed: 5 MbpsPing rate: Max 30msMust be hardwired to the router (WiFi, satellite, cellular not acceptable)Must use a surge protector with network line protectionAll required computer equipment will be providedRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Preferred Qualifications2–4 years of customer-facing or call center experienceKnowledge of insurance billing and general pharmacy operationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and transcribe notes while speakingSelf-starter with solid time management and a drive to meet performance metricsIf you think this Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
