[Remote] Pharmacy Benefit Administration Client Account Manager

They are seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Administration Client Account Manager who will build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring proactive account management and driving improvement and innovation.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for servicing accounts assigned to them, including but not limited to:Serves as primary contact for clients and key client personnelBuilds relationships with clientsTroubleshooting client issues by working with appropriate internal teamsAttend client benefit fairs and conferencesAssists in client implementation and integrationResponsible for ensuring business requirements are complete, including but not limited to:Plan Design/Benefit ChangesFormulary UpdatesReportingPrepare and lead business review meetings with client management team, including but not limited to:Prepare and understand utilization dataPrepare and understand plan cost and savings dataPrepare and understand potential business opportunitiesResponsible for storing and maintaining key client documentation and communication to be shared internally across departmentsResponsible for client offboarding upon client terminationHas knowledge of products and services provided to clientProvides input on client goals and assists in pulling through solutionsOther duties as assignedSkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to organize and multi-taskAbility to pivot quickly to adapt to changing environmentAbility to work independently yet be able to work cohesively within a team to achieve resultsMS Office, specifically Excel and Word, skills strongly preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredAccount management experience preferredPBM and Pharmacy experience preferredCompany OverviewVentegra helps to manage health care costs and improves the quality of care for businesses and consumers.
