We are currently expanding our team to include a dedicated, U.S.-based Virtual Personal Trainer to support our clients on their fitness journey — wherever they are.
Role Overview
As a Virtual Personal Trainer, you will work one-on-one with clients to design and deliver personalized fitness programs via video sessions. Your goal is to educate, motivate, and support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through sustainable habits and effective workouts — all while ensuring safety and proper form.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live, one-on-one virtual personal training sessions
• Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, and limitations to create tailored workout plans
• Provide clear instruction, real-time feedback, and ongoing encouragement
• Track and report client progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with Pillar Health’s care team to ensure holistic wellness support
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and client-focused virtual presence
• Qualifications
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of training experience (virtual training experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of functional movement, corrective exercise, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Trainerize)
• Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workout space
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
