Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Personal Assistant at VOSKI JEWELERS and Employee will be working with a busy Executive. The Remote Personal Assistant will be responsible for.
· Manage payroll processing and disbursements
· Task prioritization and time management
· Handle staff expense reports and reimbursements
· Maintain accurate financial records
· Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
· Coordinate with accounting/finance department
· Schedule and organize meetings
· Manage calendar and appointments
· Prepare and edit documents
· Assist with project management
· Providing regular status updates and reports
· Handling personal errands and tasks as assigned
