Remote Performance Monitor Specialist - Non-Clinical

As a Performance Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting non-clinical file audits, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in Interrater Reliability meetings. You will also contribute to the development and review of non-clinical review tools, ensuring that they accurately capture evidence of expected clinical performance within contractual and Model of Care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct non-clinical file assessments to ensure adherence to required standards
Develop and review non-clinical review tools to ensure accuracy and validity
Review program descriptions, policies, and procedures to evaluate alignment with review tool elements and contractual standards
Participate in meetings to discuss review findings and recommendations for improvement
Escalate areas of concern and participate in preparation for audits as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3 years of experience in a managed care setting, medical office, or facility setting with medical administration duties
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred
