They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns, particularly on Meta and TikTok, while also supporting Google Ads initiatives.ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google AdsManage campaign structures, audiences, placements, budgets, creative tests, and conversion objectivesSupport campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, retargeting, lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaignsMonitor pacing and performance daily to ensure campaigns hit KPI targetsAnalyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiencyTranslate data into clear optimization recommendations and actionable next stepsSupport reporting by summarizing trends, insights, wins, and performance driversAssist with dashboard reporting and performance analysis using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar toolsPartner closely with creative and content teams to provide insights on top-performing messaging, offers, hooks, formats, and creative conceptsWrite and refine ad copy that drives engagement and conversionsContribute to creative testing frameworks and landing page optimization recommendationsSupport A/B testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, and conversion pathsQA campaign setup thoroughly before launch, including UTMs, audiences, placements, budgets, tracking, pixels, and conversion eventsAssist with GA4, GTM, attribution, and conversion tracking implementation and troubleshootingHelp ensure accurate data flow between ad platforms, websites, CRM systems, and reporting toolsSkills2–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experienceStrong expertise in Meta Ads ManagerExperience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, or Demand GenExperience optimizing campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion objectivesStrong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action quicklyExcellent attention to detail and strong QA habitsUnderstanding of attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and funnel performanceStrong communication skills with the ability to explain performance clearly and confidentlyComfortable moving quickly and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyAgency or multi-brand experience is a strong plusExperience with GA4, GTM, HubSpot, or CRM integrationsExperience with fitness, wellness, franchise, local service, or e-commerce brandsGoogle Ads, GA4, or Meta certificationsExperience with landing page optimization and CRO testingFamiliarity with Looker Studio or performance dashboardsProgrammatic advertising experienceCompany OverviewAt Brightside Marketing, we specialize in crafting innovative, data-driven digital strategies that help businesses grow and succeed in the fast-paced digital landscape.
