MoreVisibility is a strategic, performance-focused agency seeking a Paid Search / Performance Marketing Campaign Manager who will own the strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of client accounts. The role involves developing comprehensive paid media strategies, managing substantial multi-channel budgets, and leading client conversations with a focus on driving business outcomes. Responsibilities β’ Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client business goals and revenue targets β’ Build channel mix recommendations, budget allocations, and structured testing roadmaps β’ Forecast performance and identify growth opportunities across search, social, and programmatic channels β’ Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Remarketing, Programmatic platforms β’ Oversee monthly budgets across multiple platforms β’ Drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality β’ Translate campaign data into clear business insights β’ Present performance updates and strategic recommendations directly to clients β’ Connect advertising performance to revenue, pipeline, and profitability metrics β’ Confidently defend strategic decisions using analytics and data storytelling β’ Partner with SEO, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure paid media aligns with broader initiatives β’ Support pitches and contribute strategic thinking in new business efforts β’ Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., smart bidding strategies, AI-driven creative testing, ChatGPT workflows, predictive insights tools) to improve efficiency and performance β’ Stay current with evolving paid media trends, attribution shifts, and platform changes β’ Consistently meeting or exceeding CPA and ROAS targets β’ Delivering proactive strategic recommendations beyond tactical optimizations β’ Leading confident, insight-driven client conversations β’ Identifying new growth opportunities across channels β’ Demonstrating measurable business impact tied to client goals Skills β’ 3β5 years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or performance-driven environment β’ Proven experience owning multi-channel paid media strategy and execution β’ Experience managing at least $50K+ in monthly ad spend β’ Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta β’ Experience developing structured testing plans and budget allocation strategies β’ Ability to connect performance data to business outcomes β’ Client-facing experience presenting performance insights and recommendations β’ Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) β’ Strong Excel skills for analysis and modeling β’ Experience with reporting platforms and attribution models β’ Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are a plus β’ Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities β’ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines β’ Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently β’ Confident communicator who can lead conversations with senior stakeholders Benefits β’ Competitive salary + performance-based bonus β’ Full benefits package and team perks Company Overview β’ MoreVisibility An Interactive Marketing industry leader and is part of a select group of agencies Google certified in both AdWords.
