[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager I

Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company, and they are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager I to join their User Acquisition team. This role involves managing performance marketing budgets, strategizing and optimizing mobile campaigns, and working cross-functionally to drive player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels.ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize gamesβ growth and profitabilityStrategize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including: Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, Influencer marketing, and much moreLocate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisitionGrow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globeDesign and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teamsContribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new usersWork cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketingBe an expert in UA with key knowledge in order to lead a teamRaise flags for future potential issues that might arise if we continue on course or due to expected changes based on our current methodologyProactively source new partners to diversify portfolioAbility to present and speak in front of leadership stakeholders from varying functionsSkillsBA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field1-3 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketingA hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app marketCreative problem solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptionsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teamsStrong proficiency with Excel requiredPrefer candidates with direct previous experience in mobile user acquisitionHands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plusUnderstanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferredDeep understanding of our data architecture and tech stack, and be able to communicate effectively with data teamsLooks for external emerging trendsAbility to self-reflect, take feedback and create a personal improvement planAbility to follow-up on tasks and action items with no or little oversightBenefitsEquityBonusesComprehensive benefits packageHealthcare benefitsRetirement benefitsPet insurancePaid holidaysPaid Scopely free daysUnlimited paid time offCompany OverviewScopely is an entertainment and video game company that creates, publishes, and live-operates immersive games.
