[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager – Creator Commerce (Meta Ads + Amazon Storefronts)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PD Talent is focused on managing high-reach celebrity and creator talent and is building an internal commerce division to drive revenue through paid traffic from creator social accounts to Amazon storefronts. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for profitable ad deployment, focusing on measurable ROAS from organic-style content amplification. Responsibilities • Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads through creator pages using whitelisting/partnership ads • Identify organic posts and turn them into scalable paid ads • Test hooks, formats, and angles suited for social commerce • Manage daily budgets based on profitability thresholds • Drive traffic to Amazon storefronts, product collections, and live shopping • Optimize product selection based on conversion behavior • Monitor category performance and swap creatives accordingly • Build repeatable scaling frameworks for seasonal products • Track performance using Amazon attribution and storefront analytics • Determine break-even CPC and scaling thresholds • Build dashboards showing spend → revenue → ROAS • Understand imperfect attribution and optimize despite it • Work directly with managers and creators to identify scalable content • Recommend content formats that convert to purchase, not engagement • Brief creators on hooks that work for paid amplification Skills • 3+ years running Meta ads with direct response objectives • Experience with whitelisting or influencer/UGC ads • Comfortable managing daily spend based on profitability, not fixed budgets • Strong analytical ability with messy attribution environments • Amazon Attribution or Amazon storefront experience • TikTok Shop or social commerce buying • Affiliate or performance marketing background Company Overview • PD Talent Mgmt Celebrity and Brand Management With over a decade of experience, dynamic celebrity talent agent & manager Paul Desisto has established himself as a force to be reckoned with.
