As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various channels in the North America region, working closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.)Set campaign objectives, target audience, and achieve budget targetsMonitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data from tools like Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SalesforceMake data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Stay on top of ad spend and deliver strong ROI while adhering to allocated budgetsOwn performance reporting from top-of-funnel through lead and pipeline generation, delivering regular readouts to the NA Sales Director, General Manager, and marketing leadershipConduct root cause analysis on performance trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, experimentation, and optimizationManage purchase orders and forward invoices from ad platforms to the finance team accurately and on time, in compliance with internal policies and vendor agreementsStay current on industry trends and best practices across all ad platforms and channelsSkills5+ years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, with at least 1 year in the B2B software industryStrong analytical skills with the ability to work across raw and structured data sources (Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.) to surface insights and drive decisionsProven ability to communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, both verbally and in writingExperience developing high-performing ad content and creative in collaboration with cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail when working with financial data, performance data, and campaign setup across platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIntellectually curious mindset with a desire to seek out opportunities for improvement and optimizationBenefitsEquity and other benefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance is 100% covered401k plan with company matching!Unlimited PTO — take the time you need to come to work feeling great!Wellness, internet, and childcare reimbursementsGenerous parental leave policyCompany OverviewAircall is a cloud-based call center software that integrates with CRM, productivity, and helpdesk tools.
