They are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and enhance lead generation efforts across various channels, ensuring efficient marketing spend and high-quality leads for their members.ResponsibilitiesOwn performance across paid and offline acquisition channels including Google PPC, Meta, Direct Mail, TV/CTV, and emerging channelsMonitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiencyDevelop testing roadmaps for audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, bidding strategies, and channel mixAnalyze performance by market, campaign, channel, and audience segment to uncover growth opportunitiesRecommend budget allocations based on performance trends and business objectivesManage day-to-day execution of acquisition campaigns across Google PPC, Meta, Direct Mail, TV/CTV, and emerging channelsPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to launch, monitor, and optimize campaignsDevelop direct mail audience strategies, targeting methodologies, segmentation frameworks, and campaign plans designed to maximize response rates, lead quality, and return on investmentPartner with data providers, mail vendors, and internal stakeholders to continuously test, optimize, and scale direct mail programs across member marketsPartner with media vendors and platform partners to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize television and connected TV campaignsEvaluate new acquisition opportunities and conduct structured tests to determine scalabilityBuild and maintain performance reporting across all acquisition channelsTrack key metrics including CPL, CPMQL, CAC, conversion rates, and return on marketing investmentIdentify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadershipDevelop forecasting models and support annual and quarterly planning initiativesEnsure accurate attribution and measurement methodologies are maintained across channelsPartner with creative and web resources to improve landing page performanceDevelop and execute A/B testing initiatives focused on conversion rate optimizationIdentify opportunities to improve user experience and lead capture efficiencyMonitor form completion rates, engagement metrics, and lead quality indicatorsManage relationships with media agencies, platform representatives, data providers, and marketing vendorsHold partners accountable to performance expectations and service levelsEvaluate vendor performance and recommend process improvements, contract changes, or alternative solutions when appropriateSkills5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or digital acquisitionStrong hands-on experience managing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance-driven marketing channelsExperience working within Salesforce and leveraging CRM data to inform campaign strategy, audience development, and performance analysisProficiency with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionComfortable managing budgets, forecasting performance, and making optimization decisions based on dataHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teamsExperience in real estate, home services, marketplaces, financial services, or other performance-driven industries is a plusBenefitsParticipation in Sundae’s performance-based bonus programEquity opportunityComprehensive benefitsGenerous PTORemote work environment with a preference for candidates located in the San Diego areaCompany OverviewSundae provides a residential real estate marketplace designed to help sellers get a fair price for their houses.
