They are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive pipeline growth and optimize paid acquisition across various channels, utilizing AI for campaign execution and collaboration with other teams to align strategies with revenue outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and building scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and lifecycle channelsStrategic and repeatable delivery of consistent MQL pipelineDeveloping automated workflows for campaign creation, optimization, and reporting using APIs and AI toolsCreating high-velocity experimentation frameworks across ads, landing pages, and funnel conversion pointsLeveraging LLMs and AI tools to generate, test, and iterate on ad creatives and messaging at scaleBuilding and maintaining marketing data pipelines (e.g., connecting CRM, product data, and ad platforms)Analyzing funnel performance, attribution, and conversion trendsPartnering with RevOps, Sales, and Product to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion ratesOptimizing conversion rates across the website and key funnel steps (visitor → lead → opportunity)Identifying and testing new acquisition channels, including emerging AI-native platformsSupporting and enhancing signal-based and intent-driven marketing programsSkills7+ years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaSDepth of expertise in traditional and breakthrough demand generation principles and practices, including but not limited to PPC, Outbound, Email, CRO, SEO, how to reach the right audience, and campaign measurement and optimizationExperience working with AI-forward products or marketing AI-driven solutionsProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue (not just leads) from paid channelsDeep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and B2B buying journeysExperience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholdersCreativity and problem-solving skills – you have the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, as well as solve problems that may arise during the execution of marketing campaigns using new technologiesStrong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting toolsFamiliarity with marketing tech stacks such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Apollo, Navattic, and AsanaExperience experimenting with and using AI tools for campaign optimization, creative generation, and workflow automationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in CX and/or AI-native SaaS companiesExperience with CRO and landing page optimizationFamiliarity with intent-based or signal-driven marketingBenefitsCompetitive salaries and stock options100% healthcare coverage401KWiFi and Mobile reimbursementA generous vacation policyPensionSupplemental health insuranceOther perksCompany OverviewKustomer is an omnichannel Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM platform specializing in customer service.
