They are seeking a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, hire, onboard, and support talented individuals for their Philippines-based operations while establishing scalable people processes for their international organization.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for Philippines-based positionsSource candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreachReview applications and screen candidatesConduct phone and video interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersManage candidate communications throughout the hiring processPrepare offer letters and hiring documentationMaintain candidate records within our applicant tracking systemSupport recruiting efforts for selected US-based positionsBuild talent pipelines for future hiring needsDevelop relationships with universities, training programs, and recruiting partnersCoordinate onboarding for new hiresPrepare employment documents and personnel recordsSupport employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, and offboardingAssist with employee engagement initiatives and team eventsRespond to employee questions and requestsCoordinate performance review and feedback processesSupport leadership development and training initiativesHelp maintain a positive and professional employee experienceMaintain accurate employee files and recordsAssist with payroll coordination and documentationSupport government reporting and compliance requirementsHelp administer company policies and proceduresPrepare reports and workforce metricsAssist with audits and documentation requestsCreate and maintain process documentation and standard operating proceduresSkills5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, people operations, or a related fieldExcellent written and spoken EnglishExperience conducting candidate interviews and screeningsStrong organizational and administrative skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detailStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential informationComfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceExperience supporting US-based organizationsExperience recruiting customer support, operations, administrative, technology, or professional services rolesExperience in BPO, shared services, technology, or high-growth organizationsExperience with Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, Workday, or similar systemsFamiliarity with Philippine labor and employment practicesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldCompany OverviewArboreal Management is a Seattle-based property management company operating thousands of apartment homes across the Pacific Northwest.
