[Remote] People Operations Coordinator

The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily People Operations by managing high-volume administrative processes and ensuring accurate execution of employee lifecycle activities.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, draft, and distribute HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and promotion/compensation lettersManage employee record updates (status changes, compensation adjustments, PT/FT transitions)Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring timely documentation and readinessAdminister and respond to inquiries through the HR inbox, routing requests as neededProcess system entries and requests for new hires and employee changes in HR and internal systems (e.g., Samsara, SVB, Homebase, Absorb, Microsoft, Absorb LMS, ADP, Homebase)Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR platformsExecute HR transactions across multiple systems following approvalsManage 'behind-the-scenes' administrative workflows to enable HR leadership to focus on strategy and communicationPrepare onboarding workflows and ensure system readiness ahead of employee start datesCoordinate cross-functional requests with payroll, finance, and IT and track key milestones, including anniversaries and performance review cyclesTrigger workflows and ensure timely completion of recurring HR processesSkills1+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks independentlyExperience working with HR systems (ADP preferred) and multiple platforms simultaneouslyExcellent time management and ability to prioritize competing requestsStrong communication skills with a customer-service mindsetHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationBenefitsMedical, dental,andvision insurance401(k) planPaid time offFlight benefits through our airline partnersCompany-paid life insuranceCompany OverviewThe Landline Company is building the infrastructure that extends the airport beyond its traditional footprint.
